Alex and Homero didn't return. Juan out of the country didn't participate either. Armando, and Chore took left the team, and Beto took the season off after playing just three games. Two new additions trying out for the team, Rafa and Rigo, invited by Morro, just came for a game or two in the olmpics but didn't stay. So the returning players: Chendo, trying to overcome his injury (16th), Roger (14th), Barbosa (12th), Jorge (10th), Morro (7th), and Eligio (4th), In the Olympics, first couple of games we played at superb level. In fact both games we started with only four men in the court, but showed what a true champ has to have. Unfortunately, Jaime and Roger had to travel overseas and missed the key semi-final match, where Dinamo bit the dust in a game we should have never lost against PISA.

Then for the league tournament, we had the return of Mike (4th), Rey (9th), and the debut of Miguel Puente, better known as el Zurdo, who turned out to be a high-caliber player that really helped us out.

After losing the first two matches against power houses Mitras and Luis Mario Transportes (formerly Real Dupont), we started playing real well. Towards the end of the season, we lost many players due to injuries: Barbosa, Rey, Roger, and Zurdo. Despite this, we had a strong finish beating Pisa and Prolintec to finish in third place and as the top defense. In the playoffs, we had a super game beating Pisa again in QFs, but fell short against LMT in the semi-finals in a very exciting match. So we lost our crown, but earned two trophies and were willing to return for the following season.
