Comments
For this season, we got financial support from my uncle, Miguel Mercado, owner of Papelería Anáhuac. Besides his addition to our team, we also had Jaime Barbosa and ex-Atlante Enrique López (Morrillo), both from FCFM, joining the team. Unfortunately we also lost one of our top players, Lucio, due to labor issues. The rest of the team: Armando (3rd season), Jorge (3rd season), Rey (3rd season), Roger (3rd season), Gil (2nd season), Lalo (2nd season), and Chendo (2nd season), rejoining the team after taking a season off.

We showed early in the season that we were for real when we defeated defending champ Neurodiagnóstico in a convincing fashion. We became a scary scoring machine Among our victims, we took revenge from those "bastards" (Atlético de la Torre), and we again beat Linda Vista. Several new teams showed great talent like Econopartes, Cementos Monterrey, and Carga y Servicios, among others. We ended in third place earning a pass to the semi-finals for the first-time ever. We enjoyed every game of the season thanks to the great atmosphere surrounding the matches, but when we got to play our first playoff game that was even more beautiful. The house was packed, it was something hard to describe with words. We lost that match against Econopartes, but we captured our first trophy when we beat arch-rival Linda Vista in a heck of a thriller 4-3 after trailing 0-3 with 8 minutes left. What a season!
